Tutors Wanted

Hourly rates of pay for tutors for the period 01/08/05 - 31/08/06 inclusive. All tutors should charge clients a travelling fee (see below) if the lessons are at the client's premises.

A-Level, Scottish Highers, CSYS, TEC Level 4, Adult Learners - Intermediate to Advanced (except for 'Premium Languages' - see below) - EFL intermediate/advanced

Elocution, Speech Improvement, Singing, Music Lessons

Premium Languages

Afrikaans, Bengali, Bulgarian, Cantonese, Catalan, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Farsi, Finnish, Gaelic, Gujarati, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Maltese, Mandarin, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Serbo-Croat, Slovene, Swedish, Ukrainian, Urdu.

Please note that this enhanced rate applies to NEW contracts awarded on or after 01/09/05, it is not to be applied retrospectively.

The above rates are what you keep. They are normally paid to you by the client at the end of each lesson along with the agency's fee and the VAT. The rates stated here are not what the client pays in total (that is pre-agreed between the agency and the client) but are what you will retain for your work.
